Services

Basements, bathrooms, and the walls and floors in between.

One general contractor for the rooms you want to use again: framed and drywalled, floored, and finished with a bathroom where there's room for one.

New stud walls framed in front of a basement's foundation wall, wiring run to new outlet boxes, lumber and a drill on a sawhorse

Basements

From bare block walls to a room you'll use: walls framed and drywalled, the floor down, a bathroom if you want one.

Estimate a basement
White subway tile half way up a shower over a new shower base, a bucket of thinset with a trowel in front

Bathrooms

A tired bathroom redone, or a new one added: the shower and tile, the vanity, the floor. Drawn first, so you know where it all goes.

Estimate a bathroom
A room of new drywall with the seams and screws mudded, a mud pan on a bucket and a drywall square against the wall

Drywall

New walls and ceilings hung, taped and finished, or a damaged wall cut out and made flat again.

Estimate drywall
Brown vinyl plank flooring half laid across a living room's plywood subfloor, spacers along the wall

Floors

New flooring for one room or the whole level, basement slab included, on the same estimate as the walls.

The drawing

On paper first. Then the drywall.

The estimate is free, and it comes with a drawing. The layout gets settled on paper, where a change costs an eraser instead of a wall.

  2. 2The bathroomWhere it fits, and what goes in it: shower, toilet, vanity.
  3. 3The doorsWhere each one sits and which way it swings.
  4. 4The floorWhat goes down, and where it runs.

Questions

Before you call.

Is the estimate free?
Yes. The estimate is free, and it comes with a drawing, so you see the layout and the price before you decide anything.
What is the drawing?
A drawing of how the finished job is laid out, so you can see it, and change it, before anything gets built. Moving a wall on paper costs nothing; moving it after the drywall is up does.
Can you do the whole basement, or just one part?
Either. Drywall, flooring and a bathroom can be one job on one estimate, or Jeremy can take just the piece you need: a room of drywall, or new floors.
Can a bathroom go in my basement?
Often, yes. It depends on where the plumbing can run, and that's one of the things the estimate and drawing settle before you commit to anything.
How much does a basement redo cost?
It depends on the size, what's down there now and what you want it to be. That's what the free estimate is for: a price for your basement, with the drawing to go with it.
Are you licensed and insured?
